Wayne L. Knabel Joins IMAC as Chief Financial Officer and Vice
President of Finance and Administration |

CLEVELAND, Ohio (June 330, 1999) - Wayne L. Knabel has been
appointed chief financial officer and vice president of finance
and administration of International Management Assistance
Corporation, IMAC. IMAC is a crisis-response company that offers
its clients a full range of services that enable them to operate
their businesses, with a minimum of disruption, during labor
disputes or following disasters. |

Prior
to joining IMAC, Knabel was chief financial officer and senior
vice president of finance and administration of R & R
International, Inc., a national and international provider of
environmental consulting, remediation and construction-management
services. He previously served as chief financial officer and vice
president of finance and administration of Transmodal Corporation,
a national transportation logistics company with international
ocean shipping operations. |

Knabel also spent 11 years as a
senior partner with Ernst & Young, based in Chicago, Cleveland and
Akron. Besides a background in transportation, manufacturing and
distribution services, he has extensive experience in mergers and
acquisitions, public and private financing and initial public
offering participation and leadership. |

Knabel is a graduate of Luther
College. Following service in the U.S. Army, he received a Master
of Business Administration Degree from the University of Chicago,
with a specialization in international business. He has served as
president of both the Akron City Club and the Akron Symphony
Orchestra Board. |
